Leadership Coaching

Better me, better us.

Leadership starts from within — and radiates outward.

Those who want to lead others must be able to lead themselves.

What this is about

The demands on executives are shifting radically. Technical competence alone is no longer enough. Emotional intelligence, clear values and the ability to create meaning have become decisive. Coaching helps executives reflect on their impact and sharpen their inner composure.

SPARKPOINT Leadership Coaching works with psychological depth and analytical sharpness. Not an advisor who prescribes solutions — but a perceptive mirror that makes patterns visible, unleashes strengths and enables the next step from good to great.

What leadership coaching changes

Around 40 per cent of all decisions are made automatically — not consciously. Coaching takes executives on an expedition into the unknown self: clarity, presence and inner strength emerge not through more information, but through deeper understanding of one's own impact patterns.

  • Executives transitioning to greater responsibility

Methode

What is taken for granted in elite sport — coaching as part of high performance — applies equally to corporate leadership. The coach is not an advisor who delivers answers. They ask the right questions.

Coaching modules

Modules & Formats

01

Leadership identity and self-leadership

Those who want to lead others must be able to lead themselves. Work on values, composure, blind spots and the unconscious patterns that limit — or unleash — leadership impact.

02

Executive presence and impact

Presence, body language, voice, confidence and gravitas in leadership moments. The training for the impact that already convinces without words.

03

Developing leadership communication

Clear, motivating and credible communication in all leadership situations: townhalls, one-to-ones, board appearances, crisis moments and strategic announcements.

04

Communicating purpose and vision

Developing and communicatively conveying leadership purpose and vision. What drives me? What moves others? How do I translate this into behaviour that has impact?

05

Building a high-performance culture

Leadership that builds real teams: trust, openness, a clear value system, psychological safety. Not targets and bonuses — but meaning and orientation.

06

From good to great

Strong leaders rely on facts. Excellent ones also use intuition, relational capacity and emotional depth. The coaching for the next step.

07

The coach as a sparring partner

Not an advisor who prescribes solutions — but a perceptive mirror, challenger and enabler. Analysing patterns, strengthening competencies, developing strategies.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is executive presence and can it be trained?

+

Executive presence describes the impact a leadership personality has on others — the combination of authority, credibility, clarity and charisma. Yes, executive presence can be trained. SPARKPOINT works on the specific behaviours, communication patterns and performance qualities that create leadership presence.

What is the difference between leadership coaching and executive presence coaching?

+

Leadership coaching at SPARKPOINT focuses on the communicative dimension of leadership: how do I conduct conversations, how do I present decisions, how do I come across in critical situations? Executive presence coaching is more specific: it is about personal charisma, authority and impact in rooms and situations.

Who is the coaching suitable for?

+

The coaching is aimed at CEOs, board members, partners and senior executives who want to deliberately strengthen their personal impact — whether in preparation for a new role, before an important appearance, or as part of a continuous leadership development process.

How does the coaching work?

+

The coaching is completely individual and begins with an assessment: how do you come across today? What should change? From this we develop a bespoke programme with specific exercises, simulations and feedback. Typically we work over several weeks or months.

Is the coaching confidential?

+

Yes. All content is strictly confidential. Leadership coaching touches on personal topics, blind spots and development areas — this requires absolute discretion. NDAs available on request.
