Presentation training for executives. Impactful in the boardroom, on stage and in front of investors.
Those who lead must convince — on stages, in boardrooms, in front of clients, investors, employees and the media.
Presenting means leading the audience.
Good ideas do not fail because of substance. They fail because of presentation. Anyone who wants to communicate a strategy, a project, a company or a vision convincingly needs more than content: structure, dramaturgy, body language, voice and the ability to lead an audience — through information, emotion and argumentation.
SPARKPOINT trains executives, board members and experts for exactly these moments. Not with tips and checklists, but with realistic simulations, precise feedback and a clear method that has worked in companies across all industries for over two decades.
Leading an audience in a presentation means: formulating clear messages, building a dramaturgical structure, using body language and voice, handling resistance and unexpected questions — and doing all of this in a way that feels authentic. Not rehearsed. Not artificial. But real.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between presentation training and rhetoric training?
Rhetoric training focuses primarily on language, argumentation and rhetorical techniques. Presentation training at SPARKPOINT is broader: it covers structure, dramaturgy, body language, voice, visualisation and the ability to lead an audience — through information, emotion and argumentation. Both are integrated because both work together.
For which appearances does SPARKPOINT prepare?
SPARKPOINT prepares for all relevant presentation situations: management presentations, board meetings, investor presentations, client pitches, conference appearances, internal town halls, all-hands meetings, TED-Talk formats and external stages.
How individual is the training?
Completely individual. There is no standard programme. Every training is tailored to the specific person, the specific situation and the specific appearance. We work with your real content, your real presentation and your real challenges.
How long does presentation training take?
The format is flexible: from an intensive half-day coaching session (4–5 hours) to multi-day intensive training. For preparation before a specific appearance, we recommend at least a full day. For structural development, we often work over several weeks.
Can the training prepare for a specific upcoming presentation?
Yes. Many mandates begin with a specific occasion: an annual press conference, a board update, an investor pitch or a conference appearance. We work with your real presentation and your real content — until everything is in place.
